Terms & Conditions For The Senior Living Academy

This Agreement governs the terms and conditions of the coaching services provided by Coach to the Client through the Senior Living Academy program.

Description of Services: Coach agrees to provide coaching services to the Client as part of the Senior Living Academy program. These services include access to a networking group, weekly calls with the Coach for live lessons and Q&A, and the provision of educational materials related to starting and running an assisted living home.

Payment and Fees:The Client agrees to pay the specified fee for enrollment in the Senior Living Academy program. All fees are non-refundable. The Client acknowledges that no refunds will be issued once payment is made.

Term and Termination:The term of this Agreement will commence upon receipt of payment and will continue for the duration specified in the Senior Living Academy program. Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing if the other party materially breaches any of its obligations under this Agreement.

Confidentiality:Coach and Client agree to keep all confidential information shared during the coaching sessions confidential. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial information, trade secrets, and proprietary materials shared by either party.

Intellectual Property:The Client acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property, including but not limited to training materials, guides, templates, and any other resources provided by the Coach, are the exclusive property of the Coach. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any intellectual property without the written consent of the Coach.

Limitation of Liability:The Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the Client's participation in the Senior Living Academy program. The Client acknowledges that the success of their assisted living home depends on various external factors beyond the Coach's control.

Governing Law:This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of Washington State.

Entire Agreement:This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Coach and the Client with respect to the Senior Living Academy program and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.

By enrolling in the Senior Living Academy program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Service Agreement.
